Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of lights do we use?

At London Christmas Lighting we use only the highest quality commercial LED bulbs available. These lights are break resistant and our professional Christmas light installers will custom cut them to fit your roof line perfectly.

Do I have to supply anything?

All supplies including extension cords, clips, splitters, etc. will be supplied by us. This means no scrambling to the store with a list of supplies you need – we handle it all!

When do you take the lights down?

We will come in early to mid January to take down the lights unless the client prefers another time.

Is there a warranty?

We guarantee all of our work, including fixing burnt out bulbs, fallen lights, etc. Every season we will swap out any bad bulbs with new ones free of charge.

What payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, cash, cheque, or e transfer.

Who stores the lights?

Most of our customers prefer that we store the lights for them (free of charge). If you would prefer to keep them that’s no problem as well – we will leave them for you on your porch after the takedown in January.

Do I have to be home for the installation?

You are not required to be home as the crew will have everything they need.

Other than the roof line, where else can we hang lights?

Christmas lights look great on bushes, trees, columns, garages, and windows. Check out our How it Works page for some more ideas!
